WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We only deliver to Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland. For delivery to Mainland UK and Europe, please see Thunderbrook.co.uk.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER?

Small orders up to 120kg are despatched using our couriers, Beatties in Northern Ireland and GLF in The Republic of Ireland. Anything over this weight will be delivered by pallet.

Pallet deliveries will arrive on a vehicle equipped with a tail lift and pump truck. Orders are off loaded to ground level and wheeled a short distance over good ground to the desired destination. If your delivery address has restricted access (narrow lanes, etc), please do let us know as your delivery will require a 7.5-tonne lorry.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN YOU DELIVER?

When placing your order please let us know where you would like us to leave your order if you’re not going to be there. Please note if you will not be there to sign, thunderbrook.ie cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the order. Our courier will put a contact slip through your letter box with a contact number to arrange a redelivery. By providing us with a mobile number you will be able to receive updates of your delivery as it progresses.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Deliveries are made Monday – Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or Bank Holidays. We aim to deliver within 72hours, however in the unlikely event some items are out of stock, delivery may take longer- in which case we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund or wait for the stock to become available.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Our delivery prices are all based on the total weight of your order and will be calculated automatically depending on wither the order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or The Republic of Ireland.

The maximum weight allowed by our carriers is 1 tonne and a maximum height of 2 metres. Anything over this will be subject to additional charges. In the event of any issues regarding your delivery we will contact you and to make any necessary amendments to ensure a successful delivery.
